    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and facilitate all recruitment activities for prospective graduate student trainees.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely communication with candidates.
    • Collaborate with faculty and program leadership on outreach strategies for talent attraction.
    • Organize interview schedules, candidate visits, and selection committee meetings.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for newly selected trainees.
    • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to the recruitment lifecycle.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated commitment to supporting academic and research programs.
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
