Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate all recruitment activities for prospective graduate student trainees.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with faculty and program leadership on outreach strategies for talent attraction.
- Organize interview schedules, candidate visits, and selection committee meetings.
- Assist in the onboarding process for newly selected trainees.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting academic and research programs.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
