Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Source and identify high-quality candidates using various platforms and strategies.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profiles.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems effectively.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Expert or a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
