Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various creative and marketing roles within the agency.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and ensure seamless candidate communication across all platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels to showcase company culture, values, and job opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze recruitment campaign performance, and implement best practices for talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation for employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
