Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate selection processes.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar HR role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
