Key Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment cycle for junior to mid-level roles across multiple industries.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Meet hiring targets and timelines.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience from home country or UAE.
- Experience hiring for more than one industry is a strong advantage.
- Good communication and screening skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Organized, target-driven, and proactive.
