Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients as an embedded HR and recruitment expert to optimize hiring.
- Lead executive and specialized recruitment processes from end-to-end.
- Advise organizations on workforce structure, role design, and process improvement.
- Leverage data, digital tools, and AI to enhance recruitment efficiency and decision quality.
- Support clients during periods of growth, restructuring, and leadership transitions.
- Operate as a fully functional recruitment and HR arm for organizations without an established HR department.
Requirements
- Proven experience at a Mid-Senior level in recruitment and HR advisory.
- Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
- Strong understanding of workforce structure, people decisions, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with founders, executives, and leadership teams.
- Demonstrated capability in integrating technology and data into recruitment workflows.
