Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with commercial real estate clients within an assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Bisnow’s client base and revenue.
- Promote and sell Bisnow’s comprehensive suite of digital media, live events, and intelligence services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client objectives.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and forecast sales effectively.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in media or commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate (CRE) industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a robust sales pipeline, and achieve ambitious goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
