Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage demand forecasts for products across the GCC region.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather market intelligence.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs.
- Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings and contribute to supply chain strategy.
- Monitor and report on key demand planning performance indicators.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Demand Planner or in a similar supply chain role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
