Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience in a senior regional operations management role, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or professional services industry.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing diverse teams.
• Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, implement process improvements, and achieve challenging targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and data analysis tools to inform decision-making.
