Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and distributors in the Slovakia region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Philips’ presence in the health technology sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, service) to ensure partner success and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Provide training and support to partners on Philips’ products, solutions, and sales processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or partner account management, preferably in health technology.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Slovakia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in English and Slovak languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
