Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand AireSpring’s market reach and achieve sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to drive revenue growth in telecom sales.
- Provide comprehensive sales enablement and training to partners on AireSpring’s product portfolio and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support partner initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and optimize partnership programs for maximum effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner development or channel sales, with a strong background in telecommunications or IT solutions.
- In-depth understanding of telecom services, networking technologies, and IT service management (ITSM).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment, managing a regional partner portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through partner channels.
