Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand a network of strategic partners in the telecommunications sector.
- Drive partner-generated revenue by effectively positioning AireSpring's comprehensive portfolio of IT and network solutions.
- Provide partners with sales training, technical support, and marketing resources.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partner strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner development or channel sales within the telecom or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, network, and unified communications solutions (e.g., SD-WAN, SASE, ITSM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a territory effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Associate level experience (2+ years) in a relevant sales or business development role.
