    Key Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and expand a network of strategic partners in the telecommunications sector.
    • Drive partner-generated revenue by effectively positioning AireSpring's comprehensive portfolio of IT and network solutions.
    • Provide partners with sales training, technical support, and marketing resources.
    • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve challenges.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partner strategies.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in partner development or channel sales within the telecom or IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, network, and unified communications solutions (e.g., SD-WAN, SASE, ITSM).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a territory effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
    • Associate level experience (2+ years) in a relevant sales or business development role.
