Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of regional store planning and design projects from concept to handover.
• Develop and implement store design strategies aligned with global brand guidelines and regional market needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve objectives.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with local teams for smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all store designs and layouts adhere to luxury standards and brand identity.
• Present design proposals and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in store planning or retail project management, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of retail design principles, construction processes, and materials.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
