Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate, life-saving nursing interventions in emergency and trauma cases.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
- Educate patients and their families on emergency care and follow-up instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional nursing license, eligible for UAE registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Excellent clinical skills, including advanced life support certifications.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
