Key Responsibilities

• Manage student admissions, registration, and record-keeping.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries regarding enrollment and academic records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student databases.
• Coordinate with academic departments to ensure seamless student transitions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of registration events and orientation programs.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a registrar or similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proficiency in student information systems (SIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
