Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational and financial risks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance and risk management activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper implementation of risk control measures.
- Conduct research on new regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 2+ years in an administrative or support role, preferably in compliance or risk management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Greek and English languages.
