Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
  • Source, attract, and engage with high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate selection processes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and overall recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in relevant recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
