Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with Ultra/High Net Worth (U/HNW) clients in the MENA region.
- Identify and engage potential clients to expand the firm’s U/HNW network and coverage.
- Provide tailored talent solutions and advisory services to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor, and compensation analysis relevant to U/HNW talent.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-border solutions.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for Delta Executive Search in the pursuit of top-tier talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, specifically with U/HNW clients, preferably within financial services.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, ideally in executive search or financial advisory.
- Strong understanding of the MENA financial markets and U/HNW landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
