Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing reliability strategies for critical equipment and systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and propose effective corrective actions.
  • Monitor equipment performance data to identify trends and potential reliability issues.
  • Support maintenance teams in optimizing asset uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and reliability processes.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar industrial role.
  • Familiarity with reliability tools and techniques such as RCM, FMEA, or RCA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic maritime and logistics operational environment.
