Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and role requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or freelance capacity.
• Strong understanding of the construction or media industry is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
