Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the timely renewal of client business licenses and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional business setup and consulting services.
- Advise clients on relevant regulations and requirements for business renewals in the UAE.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Renewals Officer, Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in business setup or consulting.
- Strong understanding of UAE business setup regulations and renewal processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
