roadsurfer is seeking an Entry-level Rental Agent (m/f/d) to join their team in Oslo, Norway. This temporary role involves providing excellent customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of their campervan rental services.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with campervan rental inquiries and bookings.
- Process rental agreements and handle vehicle handover/return procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all renters.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of campervans for new rentals.
- Handle administrative tasks related to rental operations.
- Contribute to a friendly and efficient team environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for vehicle movement).
