Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control repair costs for aircraft components and parts.
- Review and approve repair invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
- Liaise with maintenance, procurement, and external vendors regarding repair statuses and budgets.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses related to repair expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and aviation regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in repair operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial control or accounting, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic airline environment.
- Understanding of aviation maintenance and repair processes is an advantage.
