Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control all aircraft repair and overhaul processes.
• Negotiate with MRO vendors and suppliers for cost-effective repair solutions.
• Monitor repair timelines and ensure adherence to operational schedules.
• Verify repair invoices against contracts and approved work scopes.
• Maintain accurate records of all repair activities and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies for all repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repairs, or supply chain, preferably in an airline or MRO environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., GCAA, EASA, FAA) and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in MRO software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
