Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all aircraft repair and overhaul processes.
- Negotiate with MRO vendors and suppliers for cost-effective repair solutions.
- Monitor repair timelines and ensure adherence to operational schedules.
- Verify repair invoices against contracts and approved work scopes.
- Maintain accurate records of all repair activities and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies for all repairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repairs, or supply chain, preferably in an airline or MRO environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., GCAA, EASA, FAA) and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in MRO software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
