UNDP is seeking a Reporting, Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst to join their team in Beirut, Lebanon. This entry-level role involves contributing to UNDP’s mission by supporting the development, implementation, and reporting of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for various development initiatives. You will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assess program effectiveness and ensure accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data for program reporting.
- Prepare high-quality progress reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators and program outcomes.
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing and learning initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and adherence to M&E standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in relevant software for data collection, analysis, and reporting (e.g., Excel, statistical tools).
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
