Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for vegetable seeds to achieve ambitious targets.
- Manage and grow key accounts, building strong, lasting relationships with major clients and distributors.
- Provide expert technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends within the vegetable seed sector in Argentina.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, comprehensive reports, and insightful market analyses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and research & development teams to successfully launch and promote new products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or key account management within the agricultural industry, specifically with vegetable seeds.
- Strong understanding of modern agricultural practices, crop science, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships and trust.
- Residency and legal work authorization for Argentina are essential.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective communication in an international environment.
