Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions efficiently and accurately according to established procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.
• Liaise effectively with suppliers and internal departments to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all requisition activities and documentation.
• Support the timely delivery of necessary goods and services to various departments.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the requisition cycle.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using procurement software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
