Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of research projects within mental health and learning disability services.
- Collect, manage, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research data accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and publications.
- Maintain detailed research records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with clinical staff, service users, and other researchers.
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and research protocols established by the Trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in mental health, learning disability, or drug and alcohol research.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team.
