Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or in a similar hospitality role (2 Year+ experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation software and hotel management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
