Requirements
- Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or in a similar hospitality role (2 Year+ experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation software and hotel management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
