Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily reservations operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the reservations team to achieve service excellence.
  • Monitor and update room inventory and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any booking-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain Hilton’s brand standards for reservations procedures.
  • Generate and analyze reservations reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservations software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
