Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the reservations team, ensuring smooth operation and high service standards.
- Manage all incoming reservations, inquiries, and booking modifications efficiently.
- Oversee the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests related to bookings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest arrival and stay.
- Generate reports on reservation trends and occupancy rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
