Key Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs for residence occupants.
- Handle administrative tasks related to residence operations and guest services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or residential service environment is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
