Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and assist Russian-speaking guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for resort activities, dining, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local information.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-oriented approach.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural resort environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
