Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, training, and professional development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Algerian labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and compensation & benefits administration.
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Algerian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of strategic HR development.
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French and Arabic, both written and spoken.
