Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all human resources functions and strategies.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in Tunisia.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of Tunisian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
