Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all human resources functions and strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in Tunisia.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of Tunisian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
