Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa department.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality spa services and guest satisfaction.
- Manage spa team members, including scheduling and performance.
- Maintain inventory of spa products and manage supplies efficiently.
- Uphold Club Med’s standards for an upscale, friendly, and multicultural guest experience.
- Develop and implement new spa treatments and programs as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within hospitality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work in various international resort locations, including Portugal.
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and well-being.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry best practices.
