Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, courteously, and graciously with eye contact and a smile.
- Set up the host/hostess stand and review the reservation book.
- Inspect the cleanliness of the dining room and ensure tables are properly set.
- Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus and ingredients.
- Assign seating, taking into account service standards and server workload.
- Bid farewell to guests and invite them to return.
Requirements
- Certificate in Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a 5* international hotel.
- Pleasing and outgoing personality with a positive attitude and smile.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge in Micros and cashiering procedure.
