Key Responsibilities
- Represent the outlet with a genuine smile and greetings at the reception.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance as per company standards.
- Display a friendly and pleasant attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Set up the host/hostess stand and review the reservation book.
- Assign seating, taking into account service standards and server workload.
- Ensure each guest receives the highest quality of service.
Requirements
- Certificate in an Administration course or relevant field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a 5* international hotel.
- Pleasing and out-going personality with a positive attitude and smile.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in Micros.
