Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and elevate the brand experience for all customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of A. Lange & Söhne timepieces and brand history.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships, fostering a loyal client base.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met within the boutique.
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle after-sales inquiries and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling abilities and a genuine passion for high-end products.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and exclusive luxury environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
