Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers in exploring Casa Milano’s luxury home solutions.
- Provide expert product knowledge and design consultation for sanitaryware, tiles, and bespoke interiors.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Maintain an immaculate showroom presentation and ensure product displays are updated.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, from inquiry to delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Consultant in a luxury retail environment, preferably home solutions or building materials.
- Strong understanding of high-end design products, trends, and customer expectations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
