Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust revenue recognition policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and revenue reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and contract terms.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes related to revenue.
  • Prepare detailed revenue forecasts and budgets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Controller or in a similar finance leadership role (5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (e.g., IFRS 15, ASC 606).
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
