Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust revenue recognition policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze revenue trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and revenue reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and contract terms.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes related to revenue.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Revenue Controller or in a similar finance leadership role (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (e.g., IFRS 15, ASC 606).
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
