Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rates (ADR).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasts to adjust revenue strategies.
- Manage inventory distribution across various channels and platforms.
- Monitor and report on key revenue performance indicators.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Utilize revenue management software and tools effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within the short-term rental or hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent understanding of pricing strategies and distribution channels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
