Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing and inventory strategies dynamically.
  • Manage all distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms, ensuring optimal rate parity and positioning.
  • Prepare detailed revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and evaluate revenue performance against targets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, Ideas, Duetto) and Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategies, and distribution channel management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
