Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Lead and manage employee wellbeing initiatives, promoting a healthy and supportive work environment.
- Ensure reward and wellbeing practices are compliant with local regulations and best practices.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable reward structures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on all reward and wellbeing matters.
- Foster a culture that values employee contribution and supports overall well-being.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Reward and Wellbeing or similar HR management role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, and employee welfare strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and programs.
