Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Lead and manage employee wellbeing initiatives, promoting a healthy and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure reward and wellbeing practices are compliant with local regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable reward structures.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on all reward and wellbeing matters.
  • Foster a culture that values employee contribution and supports overall well-being.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Reward and Wellbeing or similar HR management role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, and employee welfare strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and programs.
