Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring various financial and operational risks.
• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate risk exposures and trends across business units.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on risk analysis findings for management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with risk policies and procedures.
• Participate in risk assessment workshops and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
