Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources, preferably within hospitality.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Passion for developing talent and fostering employee growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
