Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to Accor’s standards.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are thoroughly cleaned, stocked with amenities, and prepared for guest arrival.
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies as required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to supervision.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring their comfort.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
