Key Responsibilities
- Deliver In-Room Dining orders promptly and accurately.
- Set up trays and trolleys elegantly according to brand standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful suggestions.
- Handle clearing and removal of trays/trolleys promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the Room Service area.
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Room Service or F&B within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit to carry trays and work on rotating shifts.
