Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately record guest room service orders.
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and other relevant departments.
- Provide information to guests about menu items and availability.
- Upsell specials and additional items when appropriate.
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and promptly.
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
