Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures in line with departmental protocols.
- Operate and maintain complex radiography equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and optimal image quality for diagnostic purposes.
- Provide compassionate patient care, offering clear explanations and addressing concerns.
- Participate in rotational assignments across various imaging modalities and departments.
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety regulations and professional standards of practice.
Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
